Life coaching is a talking therapy which enables you to get clarity on your goals and dreams and what could be holding you back in achieving them. A Coach does not provide therapy. It does not dwell in the past. Though a little exploration of the past is required to see if anything is holding you back but coaching is about now and the future, exploring possibilities and achieving Results..
Coaching conveniently takes place over the phone, Skype or Zoom in your allotted time slot allowing you to start your journey of self discovering and self empowerment without having to leave your home. Face to Face session can also be arranged at her office.
This is different for every client as it is dependent on the Goals or Dreams that you wish to achieve. You will need four to six sessions to achieve Short Term Goals. For Breakthrough Results, it’s advisable to work for six months to a year.
Again this is different for every client and what they want to achieve. Initially,the sessions are done on a weekly basis and then fewer as the goals are achieved.
